Before you ask
Can you guarantee ChatGPT will recommend us?
No, and nobody honestly can. AI answers change from day to day and nobody outside the AI companies controls them. What we can do is show exactly who is recommended today, which sources the assistants read to decide, and which of those sources you can realistically get into.
Do you need access to our website or accounts?
No. We only need your website address, your main competitors and the questions your customers ask. Everything we test is public.
Which AI assistants do you test?
ChatGPT, Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot, run logged out so the answers match what a stranger sees, not a personalised account.
Why do the same questions give different answers on different days?
Assistants search the web fresh for many questions, and the results they read shift. That is why the audit records the sources, not only the names: the sources are what you can act on, and monthly tracking shows whether the fixes are landing.
